Review: Sure Thing by Jana Aston

Have you ever set out to have a one night stand with a sexy stranger?
No? I’m the only one?
Just kidding, I would never.
Not usually.

But then I figured, why not? My entire life I’ve been good and it’s gotten me nowhere.
No job.
No apartment.
No boyfriend.

I’m owed a little fun, aren’t I? A reward for being good.
Sure, a new pair of shoes would be more appropriate, but Mr. Sexy Stranger is more appealing. And when he speaks—in that British accent—it’s a done deal. Every American woman has a hot British guy fantasy. Well, most do. I haven't taken a poll or anything, but I’m pretty sure it’s a fact.

You know that saying about best-laid plans?
Good, because I don’t either, but I assume they go awry.
Like my one night stand…

5 'Sexual Anglophile fetish.' Stars

When it comes to swoony romantic comedies chock full of kink, Jana Aston sure takes the piss! If you loved Wrong, Right, Fling, & Trust, heck all things Jana Aston, you're going to be so smitten and completely utterly chuffed with Sure Thing!! I'm in 100% SQUEE mode over this freaking book; I'm just knackered... obsessed. I really want a horse garage of my own *wink* and to drink in a pub with a funky name.

First off, Sure Thing was definitely a sure thing, but not the sure thing I thought it would be. No, this book was something else entirely. Have I lost you yet? LOL This sure thing was most certainly a one-night stand fo sho *place that lil check mark right here*, with a whole other level of OMFG that kind of took it out of one-night stand territory and into a whole new sexual universe!!! I did not see that coming at all. NOT AT ALL!!! But I squee'd just the same, perhaps louder than I should have and woke the whole house... shit. BUT OMG!!!! No freaking way did that happen!!! Jana flippin' Aston you sneaky lil turd! I <3 and="" br="" turns="" twists="" you="" your="">
I loved this story! Love, love, loved it! The awkwardness of Rose/Daisy/Violet had me in stitches and rolling in laughter, such an innocent sweet soul that girl is. AND THEN there is the downright, utterly sexy and charming sexpot of a British hunk, Jennings *le freaking sigh* He is a total knuckle biter... just thinking of him. Mmm! These two, three, or... four LOL had off the charts sexual chemistry and tension. I just can't even!! It's been quite a while since I've had a grin this huge plastered on my face while reading!

'We fit together, like finding a missing puzzle piece. One that you think you'll never locate and then bam, it's right there in front of you, just waiting to be snapped into place.'

You can't go wrong with Jana Aston, her work is a Sure Thing.

Review: Trust by Jana Aston

“Knock knock!”
“Um… Who’s there?”

Yeah. That was me, on my last date. Before you feel sorry for me
you should know that I was the one telling the jokes. Jokes as in
plural, because I didn’t stop with just one. Of course not.

Hi, I’m Chloe Scott. The most awkward single girl in the city.
But I’m going to get it together. I am.

I’m going to learn how to date like a grown up.
I’m going to have an orgasm not given to myself.
I’m going to fall in love and live happily ever after.

Right after I get out of this interrogation room.

5 'This one will be hard to top.' Stars

Getting lost within the pages of a Jana Aston book is so easy to do! I loved Wrong, Right, and Fling BUT Trust takes the Jana Aston cake 'donut' to a whole new level of adoration and obsession. I just can't even right now. This book. FML! This book!! It's one I never wanted to end. In tears from the sheer perfection of it. It spoke to me, being the online Everly that I am... when in fact I'm a real life Chloe. I loved every single thing about this book and all the real life and the awkwardness it possesses. GAH!!! I can't wait to read it over and over and over again!
'I've seen a total of three penises, not counting all the PODs I've been sent and they were all sort of similar. You know, different but the same? Like the one curved a little more than the other two...' Tired of being the seventh wheel in her group of friends and plagued by social anxiety Chloe takes to social dating apps to connect with men. With Aston's brand of humour you know you're in for a good read!! Dating hilarity and infamous PODs ensue. *cackles* Sometimes what happens on a 1st date that quickly ends up in an interrogation room can lead to a forever kind of love.

'She's beautiful. Awkward, sarcastic and captivating. Yet possibly the most skeptical girl I've ever met. There's something about her that makes me want to dig a little deeper with her. She's a challenge. Possibly a long-term challenge and I'll play this favor game with her- for her- if that's what it takes to keep her from running.'

Boyd Gallagher, *dreamy sigh* he's a FED and step-brother to Chloe's friend Sophie AND Boyd has his sight set on Chloeeeeeee! Squee!!! He's just so perfect and armed with his perfect plan of favors so as to not freak her out. The 'not-dating' or "Chloe-and-Boyding" begins!!! AND OMG! It's all so perfectly perfect in a super duper perfect sort of way!! Boyd is perfect. Chloe and all her awkward ways are perfect. Together they are the ultimate perfect book couple that ever was and ever will be.

'He catered this entire courtship around me. And if that isn't love, I don't know what is.'

Review: Fling by Jana Aston

I have a crush on my boss’ best friend.
At least it’s not my brother’s best friend.
Or my best friend’s brother.
Or… never mind. It’s all pretty cliche.

And worse? My boss’ best friend is his business partner. Which sort of makes him my boss too. Okay - it’s not sort of. It’s definite. Gabe Laurent is off limits. Totally off limits.

Which is fine. I make do with my imagination. He’ll never know. Ever. Unless my work bestie passes me an eighties-style teen movie sex quiz during a meeting and I fill it out.

And it ends up in Gabe’s hands…

Oh. My. GAAAAAAWD! I'm literally climbing the walls right now. I don't even know what to do with myself after finishing Fling! I'm just... lost, and in desperate need of more Gabe & Sandra! Is it possible for a novella to have a novella? Cuz gd-it! I. Need. More! I'm riding this Fling-ing high and it is aaaaaaaaaah-may-ziiiing! Jana Aston is a freaking writing ninja! Coming out of nowhere then all of a sudden- BAM! 2 full length novels, this novella and another novel on the way- she's taking 2016 by the balls and owning it!

We had a little taste and glimpse of Gabe & Sandra in Right, certainly enough to pique most readers interest, and I was beyond excited and curious to see how this whole 'headache' scenario played out behind closed doors. *wink*

'It's like I have Spidey sense when he's around. My eyes are always in the right place and the right time when it comes to Gabe.'

Sandra is a shy girl at heart and ever the professional while at work. The issue here in is Gabe. He's her boss' best friend and part owner of the company she works at. A sexy specimen of man in and out of a suit who just so happens to wear thick framed glasses. She can't get enough of him; visually that first. He gets her motor revving. Me-OWWW! After some quarterly meeting 'paperwork' goes 'awry' things start to happen. The ball has been set into motion... EEEEEEEEEEP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are completely smitten with each other!

'I think sweet Sandra has a hidden dirty side, and I'd really like to uncover it.'

You won't be disappointed when it comes to the works of Jana Aston! They're sexy, flirty, and oh so very, very swoony reads and Fling is every office romance trope lover's book wish come true! The one and only "downside" to Fling is that it's a complete tease!!! I got sucked into Gabe-land... and then the ride was over. Fear not, I'm about to petition for a full length follow up for my Gabester and Sandra.

'And I'm a goddamned idiot for thinking a fling with her would be enough.'

Sure, he’s been avoiding me since I was six.
I’m a bit aggressive for him, maybe.
But he’s the one… right?

"What about you, Everly?"
"What about me what?" I ask, confused.
"Are you seeing anyone?" He looks over at me. "At school?"
Not successfully, I think to myself. "No, not right now. I'm kinda taking a break this semester."
"Taking a break," Eric repeats, glancing over at me. "That's not like you. At all."
I shrug. "It's exhausting."
"What's exhausting?" he asks, frowning.
"Um—" Breaking and entering, I think. But I can't tell him that. "You know, the whole 'does he like me' thing."
"If you have to wonder if a guy likes you, then he's not the right guy for you, Everly."
"Maybe it's more complicated than that."
"It's never more complicated than that."

5 'hotsy-totsy' Stars
"The road to hell is paved with attractive men who radiate sex appeal and look like models from a Polo ad campaign."
"Or something like that."

Ooooh!!!! This book swooned the panties right off me! Jana's writing just hits the spot. It's addictive. It's all consuming. It's sexy as hell AND the hilariously fun and sexy banter, just... SQUEEE!!!!! I devoured this sexy beast in one sitting... although I did stop at 90% and just stared at the wall for a while. I didn't want it to end! BUT! Being the good little fan-girling book whore that I am, I sucked it up and finished. Now I'm left wanting more *pout* I have a serious crush on this book, it's borderline obsessive... ya know... in a fan girl kind of way... so it's ok, Right? lol.
"Don't waste too much time chasing the wrong guy or you might miss the right one."

Since the tender innocent age of 6, Every Jensen has had the hots for her older brother's best friend, Finn Camden.  Now a student at the university Finn teaches at, her plan to woo him and capture his heart has been set into motion. Shame he doesn't feel the same way toward her. Too bad he doesn't love her eccentricities and over the top gestures of showing her infatuation.  *sigh* After Finn derails her plan of hitching a ride back to school with him... well... this is when shit gets real...sexxxy!

This -real shit- has a name! Sawyer Camden. He's Finn's older brother. He gets her! He loves her quirkiness and well... he gets her!!! For him, it's love at first sight! Let his wild Everly chase and wooing begin!! eeeep!!!! Ok, that's all I'm saying about this one, get reading! You won't regret it!!
"It's ok to rewrite your happily ever after, Everly. Sometimes the right guy is the one you never see coming."

If you're in the mood for a fun and sexy read with some feels, this is the book for you! I LOVED Everly's story, truly adored it. The ups and downs, just everything about falling in love with the Right guy turned me into a swoony, lustful mess.
Whispered words of lust and love form beginning to end.
