Review: All The Ways You Saved Me by Jamie Howard

Bianca Easton is the perfect senator’s daughter.
Law school? Check.
Camera-ready smile? Check.
A dull and boring existence? Double check.
But that was before. Before she lost her best and only friend in a tragic accident. Before she found that friend's unfinished bucket list. Definitely before she turned her life upside-down by deciding to stay in New York for six months to finish it.
It's while she's checking off her first item on the list--buy coffee for a stranger--that she meets Ian Mathis. Between the tattoo sleeve curling up his right arm, his guitar-roughened fingertips, and the secrets shadowing his past, he's a complication Bianca doesn't need but desperately wants.
With every item they cross off the list together, Bianca uncovers a piece of herself that she's buried under what's expected, all the while breaking her own rules by falling hard for Ian. But when her six months run out, Bianca has to decide if she's willing to risk her empty but picture-perfect life for a chance at real, messy love.

All The Ways You Saved Me was an emotional read but also a fun read at times. It's about two people trying to move on from something tragic that happened in each of their lives. What they never expected, was to fall in love with one another.

I felt a connection with these characters right from the beginning. Bianca had been living her life to make her parents happy but when unfortunate events happen it makes her look at her life through new eyes. As certain things start to unravel Bianca finds herself becoming someone she likes more now than her old self. Ian is in a dark place and not really living at all. When a random act of kindness is offered to him from Bianca he has trouble believing that it doesn’t come with strings attached to it. As time goes by, the two strike up a friendship of sorts and they both end up learning so much about themselves from the other person.

This one had a great storyline with a little bit of everything rolled into it. There are some heartbreaking moments, there are some take your breath away moments and there are the happy sigh moments. It was a good read and one that I enjoyed very much.

“I’m keeping him safe you. Loving him when you can’t. And always, always realizing how lucky I am to have found him.”

Happy sigh……….

Oh my gosh what a cute little read this one was. I’m so glad that I took a chance on a new Author and read it. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The storyline was a little different and a nice change of pace for me. The way that Kyle and Haley met was unique and something I had not come across before in other books that I have read.

I adored both characters and their conversations. Kyle was just so flipping sweet. I totally fell for him hook, line and sinker, pretty much from the start! I pictured him as the hot geeky computer guy and that so did it for me for some reason…lol

Until It’s Right made me laugh and gave me that warm fuzzy lovey dovey feeling inside. It was a wonderful love story with just the right amount of drama and sexiness to keep me hooked and coming back for more.
