Review: Indulge by Georgia Cates

From New York Times, USA Today, and Wall Street Journal Best-selling author, Georgia Cates, comes a steamy new standalone novel.

Beau Emerson is no gentleman.

Those hazel eyes.
That filthy mouth.
That greedy, hard body.

It all equates to one thing. Irresistible.

One look and I know he’ll bruise my lips and scar my knees. He’ll give me the best nine days of my life while ruining me in the most beautiful way imaginable. And I’ll let him because he has the power to talk me into anything.
Except one thing.

I have no choice. The things I desire from him will destroy me in the end. I want more than he’s capable of giving––something true and beautiful.
He can never know how much of me belongs to him. Too much is at stake.
Shh … don’t tell him he’s my everything.

My name is Anna James Bennett. And this is our story.

5 HOT stars
Indulge is a hot steamy little love story that I could not put down. Beau and Anna James definitely fogged up my kindle screen.

Anna James is a woman who has recently found herself divorced through no fault of her own. To help get her out of her emotional funk her best friends which happen to be a couple, talk her into going on vacation with them. On this vacation Anna James meets Beau and things start to heat up real quick. But Beau is holding back some secrets that could be deal breakers for Anna James.

I loved Beau from the get go. He was cocky, funny and had a dirty mouth (which made me love him even more)

“Gentleman in public. Alpha in the bedroom.” (oh yeah!)

“I came to f**k ninety-nine different ways.” (hmmm what do you say to that?)

Then he could also have his very sweet, swoon worthy moments and I fell for him hook, line and sinker!

“I want you, I want us.”

He could really make my heart flutter with the tender things he would say.

Anna James was a strong, independent woman who was afraid of being hurt again. Afraid to let someone else get too close to her. She was stubborn but I could totally understand where she was coming from and I was rooting for her to find her HEA.

This was a great story filled with sex, drama, heartbreak and some twists and turns along the way. I absolutely loved getting caught up in it!
