Review: Seven Nights To Surrender by Jeanette Grey

By day, he'll show her a side of Paris not found in any guidebook. By night, he'll introduce her to a passion beyond her wildest dreams. In this sensuous story of indulgence and desire, Jeanette Grey delivers one of the most romantic reads of the year and proves why she is fast becoming a must-read star.

Kate arrives in Paris hoping to find inspiration. Instead she finds Rylan. In a swirl of stolen kisses and hot, tangled sheets, Kate is quickly swept away by the sexy stranger, longing to surrender to his expert touch. With Rylan, nothing is forbidden-except the truth.

An American ex-pat worth millions, Rylan never flaunts his fortune. Rather, he guards his identity from everyone, especially women. No strings, no commitments, no complications. But the second his lips taste Kate's soft, sweet skin, everything changes. For the first time, Rylan has found someone to share his every want and need. Yet he knows that secrets stand between them. To keep her, he'll need to confess the truth before it's too late . . . even if doing so could mean losing Kate forever.

ARC provided by Netgalley for an honest review

I came across this book as I was browsing Netgalley and it peaked my interest. Jeanette Grey was a new Author to me prior to reading this so I thought I would give this book a try and see what I thought and it turns out I’m pretty dang happy that I did.

This was a very sensual book that I think most women will be able to relate to. Kate is kind of lost and trying to find her path in life. She has come to a cross roads of sorts and isn’t sure which way to go. She decides to take a trip to Paris, here she is hoping to find herself. What she finds, ends up being so much more.

You couldn't find yourself without taking a couple of side trips, after all.

Kate is a very strong woman and I loved that about her but she hasn’t had the best of luck with men in or out of the bedroom. In Paris she meets Rylan. He is a strong, gorgeous man with a few secrets of his own and he wants to make Kate feel things she has never experienced before and Kate is intimidated by him at first.

"I just want you."

"I'll take care of you."

They soon form a friendship of sorts. What transpires following that is a very moving love story about letting go of the anger that holds you back, self -discovery and most of all finding love.

Both of these characters were very likeable and I felt like I could relate to both of them. The story is very detailed, flows well and tells you both points of view which totally steals your heart and I can’t leave out that there are some very steamy parts and I mean, fog up your ereader steamy parts throughout this story.

I am so happy that I came across this Author and I will be looking for more of her books in the future. Beautiful, beautiful love story!
