I totally enjoyed reading Sky Cowboy. It was just as good as the first book in the series. I was intrigued throughout the story with all of the drama and excitement happening.

Ava Crawley lives in Pine Creek Northern Territory, Australia. She is kind of shy and quiet due to being picked on all of her life by her older sister, Kennedy.  It was so hurtful that I wanted to slap the ever living sense into Kennedy. Ava loves riding her horse and dreams of marrying the boy who has lived next door her whole life.

Jeremy Henley, is tall, funny, gorgeous and has always had his eyes on Ava. He runs a cattle & cropping station with his twin brother, Jackson. Jeremy hoped that one day Ava would become a part of his everyday life, but he wasn't sure how she felt. One night, things get a little heated between them and it sends Ava running, thanks to her vindictive sister. She didn't just run home, she ran to Paris, France for 3 years without a word to Jeremy. When she returned, she found out Jeremy had a son. She was heart broken thinking she lost her chance.

Will Jeremy and Ava get their carp together and finally live happily ever after or will the secrets that have kept Ava away continue to stand in the way?

Sky Cowboy was full of angst, hurt, romance & love. It was heart warming, dramatic, intense, heart wrenching and funny at times. A few times I had to back away from the book as my blood pressure was rising due to how intense some of the scenes were.

Kasey, once again you've kept me intrigued and wanting more. I cannot wait to read what you come up with for Jules.

 4.5 Stars
